Belgocatering is looking for colleagues

Things are changing fast at Belgocatering : we had the opportunity to welcome 2 new clients, we have taken over restaurant Kelderman and visiting numbers in our restaurants are up. That is why we are urgently looking for new colleagues.

We are currently looking for a Chef (m/f), for Aalst, Brussels, Ghent and Antwerp.

Do you recognize yourself in the following profile:
Min. 5 year’s experience
Dynamic, motivated, stress resilient
Ready to learn a lot
Team player
Flexible and enthusiastic
Willing to work in the evening and during weekends
Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
Client- focused

These will be some of your daily tasks:

Work independently, capable of organizing your workload and that of your colleagues, writing and executing menus, respond to and follow-up of offers by clients, stock-management, billing and invoicing, manage and motivate your team on a daily basis.

As chef you will also have final responsibility of an exploitation of an event.

A part from this, we are also looking for a cook (m/f), for Aalst, Brussels, Ghent and Antwerp.

Correctly executing your tasks, working independently under the supervision of a chef, mise-en-place, cold and hot preparations.

Finally, we are also looking for a buffet servant, (m/f) for Aalst, Brussels, Ghent and Antwerp.

Correctly executing your tasks, working independently under the supervision of a chef, multi-deployable: helping with mise-en-place, serving coffee in meeting, serving clients at the buffet, etc.
